I am currently running OS X 10.9.5. I have Quicktime 7.7 Pro and Quicktime Player 10.3. I am trying to record a tutorial from my Apple iPhone as a device on my MAC desktop through quicktime. I can't seem to have the QT 10.3 recognize the iPhone as a device. I am thinking it is because I don;t have QT 10.4? Not sure though.
As stated in the opening paragraph on the web paged you referenced—this is a new feature in OS X Yosemite. If you want to use this feature, you will have to upgrade to Yosemite which includes the newer QT X Player v10.4 app.
Quicktime 7 for mac free download - Apple QuickTime Player 7, WinZip Mac, Easy Duplicate Finder 7 Mac, and many more programs. When I try to open it using quicktime I get this message: QuickTime Player can't open 'mp video for Jimmy.MOV' I'm on a Macbook Pro running OSX 10.9.5, using Quick Time 10.3. Looks as if nobody wants to address this issue here. That or everyone is too busy checking out the official Yosemite Mac OS release.
